Job Title: Heavy Civil Construction - Senior Project Manager
Location: Nashville, TN (85% Office, 15% Field Travel)
Salary: $130k- $140k DOE; allowances and performance bonuses
Requirements: 8+ years experience in Bridge/Heavy Commercial Construction; 5+ years experience in Project Management

We seek a Senior Project Manager with experience in heavy civil construction such as bridges, heavy highway, and roadways. The ideal candidate will have experience managing subcontractors and self-perform crews on projects, have extensive project profitability experience, and will have an impressive background utilizing construction management software to communicate all aspects of the construction project. In addition, the Senior Project Manager will work with estimating to secure bids and solicit subcontractors and will team-up with the Superintendent to enforce project safety and timelines.
