Foreman--Commercial Pool Construction

Position Overview
The Foreman will oversee and coordinate all aspects of commercial pool construction projects. This role ensures that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards while maintaining safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily operations on the construction site and manage team performance.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and implement safety measures on site.
  • Monitor project progress and adjust schedules as necessary to meet deadlines.
  • Conduct quality control inspections to ensure work meets specifications and standards.
  • Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to guide construction activities.
  • Resolve any conflicts or issues that arise during the construction process promptly and effectively.
  • Provide training and support to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in construction, preferably in commercial pool construction.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
  • In-depth knowledge of safety regulations and construction best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in scheduling and time management techniques.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents.
  • Experience with quality control processes and site supervision techniques.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
  • Familiarity with equipment operation related to pool construction.
