Position Overview: We are looking for an experienced Civil Foreman to oversee the construction of our residential and commercial projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all construction materials, supplies, and tools are in place and that all work is completed on time and under budget.

Key Responsibilities:

Assign tasks to crew members and provide necessary instruction and guidance
Monitor and inspect the work of crew members to ensure safety and conformance to project plans and specifications
Schedule, coordinate, and oversee all aspects of construction projects, including hiring and managing personnel, ordering materials, and ensuring that projects are completed on time and under budget
Ensure safe working conditions, and maintain a clean and organized work site
Ensure the proper functioning and maintenance of all hoisting and excavation equipment
Perform general labor tasks as necessary

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent
2+ years of experience in civil and/or construction foreman roles
Knowledge of hoisting and excavation equipment and safety procedures
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
Strong leadership qualities and experience managing a team
