Family Law Trial Attorney

Austin, TX | Hybrid (3 Days Onsite, 2 Days Remote) | Full-Time

Key Responsibilities

  • Represent clients in divorce, custody, and property division matters

  • Manage all phases of family law litigation, including discovery, depositions, and trial

  • Advise clients with clarity, empathy, and strategic foresight

  • Draft pleadings, settlement agreements, and other legal documents

  • Maintain a high level of client communication and satisfaction

 

Qualifications

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

  • Licensed and in good standing with the Texas State Bar

  • Minimum of 3 years of family law litigation experience

  • Proven trial and courtroom experience

  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a high-performance team
