We are seeking a Family Law Attorney to join our firm!
Responsibilities
As a Family Law Attorney, you will be responsible for handling a variety of family law cases. Your day-to-day tasks may include handling legal issues related to family law, preparing and filing motions, conducting depositions, and providing legal advice to clients. This role requires strong research and analytical skills, as well as excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
Qualifications
-3+ years of family law experience
-Juris Doctor
-NJ law experience is a must
-Experience in handling motions, depositions, and court appearances
-Excellent research and analytical skills
-Strong written and verbal communication skills
