We are looking for a highly motivated Estimator/purchaser with expertise in residential construction. We are a nationally recognized, award-winning Design-Build Firm headquartered in Tampa, Florida. What you will be doing:

This is a junior level role and the main duties are focused around assisting the operations manager with estimating and purchasing.
Create pricing schedules and bid proposals.
Evaluate the technical aspects of the project.
Assist with risk analysis assessments related to the project's costs.
Build relationships with suppliers and developers.
Keep track of the project's stages and ensure that costs don't rise more than estimated.
Keep track of currency exchange rates and update estimates when needed.

What you need for this position:

2+ years of estimating/purchasing experience in residential construction.
BS in related field.
