Position Overview:
The ERP Analyst will be responsible for managing and analyzing the performance of the company's enterprise resource planning (ERP) system. This includes working with the Epicor and Eclipse ERP software to ensure efficient operations and identifying opportunities for improvements. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, as well as the ability to analyze data and make strategic recommendations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and maintain the performance of the company's ERP system, specifically using Epicor and Eclipse software
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or bugs within the ERP system
- Collaborate with various departments to understand their business processes and identify opportunities for improvement within the ERP system
- Develop and implement new policies and procedures related to the ERP system to increase efficiency and accuracy
- Analyze data and generate reports to track the performance of the ERP system and identify areas for improvement
- Train and support employees on how to effectively use the ERP system
- Stay up-to-date on the latest updates and developments in ERP software, specifically Epicor and Eclipse, and make recommendations for upgrades or enhancements as needed
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience working with Epicor and Eclipse ERP software
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of ERP best practices and industry standards
- Experience with data analysis and reporting tools
- Experience in project management and implementing process improvements is a plus
