Job Title: Environmental Manager
Location: Anderson, CA
Salary: $115,000 - $125,000
THIS IS AN ON-SITE ROLE
Responsibilities:
Implement and adhere to the policies and processes required in order to comply with company environmental standards and regulations as well as federal, state, county, or local environmental regulations, laws, and standards.
Keep an eye on the plant's operations to ensure they adhere to all applicable operating permits-federal, state, county, and local.
Perform environmental inspections of plants and write reports.
Point of contact for correspondence, records, and submission to the proper authorities.
Keep an accurate file system for documentation related to environmental compliance, such as operating logs, test reports, monitoring reports, permit records, and applications.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field
5+ years of environmental compliance experience
Experience working with local, state, and federal regulatory agencies
Strong understanding of environmental policies and procedures
