Electrical Superintendent

Position Overview
The Electrical Superintendent will oversee electrical construction projects, ensuring that all work is completed safely, on time, and within budget. This role is vital in managing the electrical workforce, coordinating with other trades, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and supervise the electrical construction team on-site.
  • Coordinate electrical installation activities with other trades to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Review and interpret electrical plans and specifications to ensure compliance during construction.
  • Ensure that all electrical work meets local and national safety codes and standards.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and adherence to project timelines.
  • Provide training and guidance to electrical workers to promote safety and efficiency.
  • Prepare daily reports on project progress and workforce activities.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience as an Electrical Superintendent or similar role in construction.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and safety regulations.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
