Position Overview
The Division Controller will be responsible for overseeing financial operations within the division, ensuring accurate financial reporting, compliance with regulations, and effective financial planning. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills who can lead a team to achieve financial excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the preparation and analysis of budgets and forecasts for the division.
Monitor financial performance and conduct variance analysis to identify areas for improvement.
Ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements.
Manage the audit process and liaise with external auditors as necessary.
Provide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic planning and decision-making.
Lead and develop the finance team to enhance their skills and performance.
Implement cost accounting practices to improve profitability and efficiency.
Conduct financial analysis to support business initiatives and projects.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field;
CPA or CMA preferred.
7+ years of experience in financial management or a similar role.
Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis techniques.
Experience with internal controls, compliance, and audit management.
Proficiency in cost accounting and variance analysis.
Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a team effectively.
Excellent strategic planning and analytical skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
