Director of Sales (Hotels)

Overview: The Director of Sales (Hotels) is responsible for generating revenue and expanding customer base through effective sales and marketing strategies for the organization. The position requires a highly experienced sales professional with extensive knowledge of the hotel industry, who has a proven track-record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement successful sales strategies to reach revenue goals and expand customer base.
• Manage and monitor the performance of sales team to ensure success.
• Analyze and evaluate the current market trends in order to improve the sales performance and identify potential revenue opportunities.
• Identify and solicit potential customers through cold-calls, prospecting, and networking activities.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business.
• Manage customer accounts and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Research and implement new sales techniques and strategies to increase the organization's market share.
• Utilize Delphi and SalesPro software to track all sales activity and customer accounts.
• Provide monthly and quarterly reports on sales performance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in sales, marketing, or related areas.
• Minimum 1-2 years of sales experience in the hotel industry.
• Proven track-record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Strong knowledge of hotel operations, industry trends, and customer service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lead and motivate sales team to success.
• Proficiency in Delphi and SalesPro software.
• Strong business acumen and customer focus.
