Job Title: Digital Lead - Processes and Operations - Six Sigma

Job Location: REMOTE (working mostly East Coast hours)

Job Salary: $170,000 to $250,000 base depending on your geographical location plus 16.5% bonus

About the Company

We are a global company in the medical industry building a new proficiency within our digital unit. The role will cross between our Technology/Product team and the commercialization team to enable product software releases every six months as we work within an Agile lifecycle. This is a hands-on position, ultimately there will be a small team, but it starts with you!

What You Will Be Doing

- Work with business stakeholders to design and create processes and operational governance that will ensure seamless interaction between all teams involved

- Ensure that all processes are clearly defined and have ownership within the product development lifecycle through commercialization

- Drive stakeholder alignment to ensure there is seamless collaboration among all teams

- Identify any risks with the processes and governance and create mitigation strategies

- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to access effectiveness of processes

- Continuously optimize and improve effectiveness of processes and governance

What You Need for this Position

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science or related field

- Six Sigma certifications are a huge plus

- 15+ years of professional experience working with builds of Software Products, preferably B2B SaaS products, solid knowledge of the Product Operating Model

- Professional experience in the healthcare industry

- Track record of delivering products to customers in an Agile environment

- Track record of building and implementing Agile product development and commercialization governance frameworks and processes

- Solid experience in digital product development

Salary: We offer a base of $170,000-$250,000 depending on experience and geographic location plus a 16.5% bonus and great benefits.

This is a remote position working mostly east coast hours.
