Located in South Charlotte, NC we are an international manufacturing solutions to some of the leading OEMs globally. We are an integral part of our customers' supply chains, and we help lower their costs and working capital for engineered parts. Our customized programs encompass component sourcing, quality control testing, engineering, kitting, subassembly, supplier management, and more.

As a Customer Support Staff 2, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. Your main objective will be to ensure customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and promoting positive customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely manner
Identify and resolve customer issues effectively while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
Utilize Excel to track and analyze customer interactions and feedback
Assist in creating and maintaining customer support documentation and resources
Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall customer support process
Train and mentor new team members as needed
Prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Provide feedback to management on customer trends and issues

Qualifications

3+ years of proven experience in customer service or support roles
Strong proficiency in Excel and a solid understanding of customer support software
Excellent multitasking skills with the ability to handle multiple customer inquiries simultaneously
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems efficiently
Experience with Microsoft Office applications is a plus
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team setting
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
Effective presentation skills and time management abilities
