Position Overview
We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Field Service Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, servicing, and maintaining our equipment at client sites. This role requires a strong technical background and the ability to troubleshoot complex systems effectively.

Key Responsibilities

Install and configure equipment at customer locations
Perform regular maintenance and troubleshooting of systems
Modify and upgrade existing installations as needed
Provide technical support and training to clients on equipment usage
Collaborate with engineering teams to develop solutions for client needs
Maintain accurate service records and documentation
Respond to emergency service calls promptly and efficiently

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
Proven experience as a Field Service Engineer or similar role
Strong knowledge of control systems and related technologies
Familiarity with PLCs, HMIs, VFDs, and SCADA systems
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to client sites
