Position Overview:We are seeking a highly skilled Controls Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in machine control, systems integration, panel design, control panel, and PLC. As a Controls Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing control systems for our manufacturing processes. You will work closely with our engineering and production teams to ensure efficient and effective operation of our machinery.Key Responsibilities:- Design, develop, and implement control systems for manufacturing processes- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to understand production needs and requirements- Conduct tests and troubleshoot issues with control systems- Create and maintain control system documentation- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations- Stay updated with new technologies and industry trends related to controls engineering- Provide technical support to production teams as neededQualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field- Minimum of 3 years experience in controls engineering- Strong understanding of machine control, systems integration, panel design, control panel, and PLC- Proficient in PLC programming and ladder logic- Experience with HMI and SCADA systems- Knowledge of safety standards and regulations related to control systems- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills- Ability to work independently and in a team environment- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
