What You Will Be Doing
As a Superintendent, you will be responsible for managing construction projects from start to finish.
Planning and overseeing all aspects of an assigned project. This includes the pre-planning for all project stages (from pre- to post-construction).
Superintendent works diligently to meet all goals set for the specific project and manages all field operational duties.
In this role, you will lead, direct and oversee the safe and effective daily operation of a single project, or multiple projects with a cumulative value up to $20M, or in a supporting project management role on larger more complex projects.
What You Need for this Position
3+ years of construction-related experience
Resolve construction problems and improve construction methods.
Inspects work in progress to ensure that workmanship conforms to specifications and adheres to construction schedules
Positive attitude, strong work ethic, innovative and forward-thinking
