Position Overview: We are looking for an experienced Construction Safety Manager to join our team and oversee the safety and quality of all our construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of electrical safety and risk management, as well as experience in the construction industry.
Key Responsibilities: Implement and monitor safety and quality processes and procedures in compliance with local regulations and industry standards. Develop and implement safety policies and procedures for all construction projects.
Develop and maintain a Quality Assurance System to ensure safe and high-quality construction standards. Monitor and inspect construction sites to ensure work is carried out in accordance with safety and quality standards. Investigate and resolve safety and quality issues. Identify and assess potential risks and hazards. Create reports on safety and quality issues, and recommend corrective actions.
Collaborate with contractors, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. Educate and train employees on safety procedures.
Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Engineering or a related field. 5+ years of experience in the construction industry. Knowledge of electrical safety and risk management. Knowledge of Quality Assurance Systems. Ability to interpret plans and drawings. Ability to identify potential safety and quality hazards. Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
