Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee and lead our construction projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires strong leadership skills and a comprehensive understanding of construction processes, particularly in commercial renovations.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and oversee construction projects from start to finish.
• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met.
• Manage project budgets and track expenses to ensure financial accountability.
• Conduct site visits to assess project progress and address any issues that arise.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes throughout the construction process.
• Prepare and present project updates to stakeholders and team members.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry, particularly in commercial renovations.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, including drywall, framing, interiors, exteriors, insulation, and acoustic ceiling systems.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with project management software and tools.
