We are looking for an Associate Attorney with commercial litigation experience to join our team!
Job Responsibilities:
-Conduct legal research and draft legal memoranda, briefs, motions, and other court filings.
-Assist in managing client matters, including preparing for and attending hearings, depositions, and trials.
-Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
-Provide clients with legal advice under the guidance of senior attorneys, ensuring thorough and accurate information is provided.
-Assist with case strategy and trial preparation, including preparing discovery documents and evidence.
-Attend client meetings, conferences, and collaborate with team members to move cases forward.
Requirements:
-3+ years of litigation legal experience with a J.D. or equivalent degree
-Excellent writing and analytical skills.
-Be proactive and self-starting.
-Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to respond productively to direction and feedback and to work well with staff and leadership
-An ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment, manage workflow priorities and meet deadlines.
-Be a team player - be collaborative and work with a spirit of camaraderie.
-Outstanding attention to accuracy and detail, and commitment to work product that is thorough, complete and excellent.
-Admitted to PA Bar or will take Bar exam promptly after starting.
