Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Concrete Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of concrete applications and construction techniques, as well as experience in flatwork, staining, and stamping to deliver high-quality results for our projects.

Key Responsibilities

Perform concrete installations and repairs including flatwork, staining, and stamping.
Assess project requirements and prepare material orders accordingly.
Identify and troubleshoot issues related to cracking and other concrete defects.
Collaborate with construction teams to ensure project specifications are met.
Maintain a safe and organized work environment by following industry standards and regulations.
Provide guidance and expertise to junior staff regarding concrete techniques and best practices.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Concrete Specialist or in a similar role, preferably with prior experience as a business owner.
Strong knowledge of concrete materials, properties, and applications.
Familiarity with flatwork, staining, and stamping techniques.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Effective communication and teamwork skills.
