Our clients include Homeowners Associations (HOAs), condominium boards, and residential property owners who demand professionalism, precision, and accountability.

Position Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Residential Sales & Management Professional to help lead and grow our new residential division. The ideal candidate will have a proven background in roofing sales and project management, ideally with estimating experience. This is a leadership-track position, with the opportunity to evolve into a General Manager role as the division scales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales and build relationships with residential clients, including HOAs and condominium boards.

  • Conduct site visits, assess project scopes, and generate accurate proposals and estimates (estimating experience preferred).

  • Manage residential roofing projects from contract to completion, ensuring quality, timelines, and customer satisfaction.

  • Coordinate with internal teams (production, operations, and finance) to ensure project efficiency.

  • Recruit, mentor, and lead sales and project staff as the division grows.

  • Contribute to strategic planning and business development efforts for the residential market.

  • Represent the company at industry events, meetings, and client presentations.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in residential or multi-family roofing sales and project management.

  • Strong understanding of roofing systems, materials, and installation processes.

  • Estimating experience is a significant plus.

  • Experience working with HOAs and condominium communities is highly preferred.

  • Proven ability to lead teams and scale operations.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Self-starter with a growth mindset and leadership ambition.
