Position Overview

We are one of the top independent brokerages in the the US. Due to our continued growth, we are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Commercial Lines Associate / Processor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for processing commercial insurance applications, assisting clients with their insurance needs, and ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations. Your expertise in commercial lines insurance will be crucial in providing excellent service to our clients and supporting our underwriting team.

Key Responsibilities

Process commercial lines insurance applications and renewals accurately and efficiently.
Assist clients with inquiries regarding their insurance policies and coverage options.
Review and verify information on applications for completeness and accuracy.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and changes in insurance regulations.
Collaborate with underwriters to gather necessary information for risk assessments.
Support the team in achieving departmental goals and objectives.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelors degree preferred.
1+ years of insurance experience is preferred.
Active P&C license.
Proven experience in insurance, specifically in commercial lines is a plus.
Strong understanding of property and casualty insurance principles.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
