Title: Commercial Construction Estimator

Location: Cleveland OH Area

Salary: $80k-$110k DOE + Comprehensive Benefits, PTO, 401k w/ Match

Requirements: 3+ years of Experience in Estimating Commercial Construction GC Projects. Experience in a high-volume environment is important for this role as well.

Based in Ohio, we are an award-winning, multi-generational construction firm with multiple decades in business. We offer a variety of project delivery systems that exceed our clients' needs and allow us to deliver extraordinary construction services on time and within budget.

Due to our consistent growth, we are looking to hire an experienced Commercial Construction Estimator that has experience with high volume bids. Our vision sees exciting projects with values ranging from about $50,000 to $10,000,000 spanning across various industries.
