Title: Business Development Manager
Location: Hybrid option in Aliso Viejo, CA or Austin, TX - Open to remote (30%+ travel)
Compensation: Base $100K-120K + $20K-30K bonus (OTE: $120K-$150K)

Position Overview
The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving the growth of the company by identifying new business opportunities and building strong relationships with clients in the electronic components industry. This role requires a strategic thinker with a solid understanding of sales and business development processes. This is the front-end of the sales cycle, generating new pipeline for our account manager team.
