Our Central Texas based Engineering firm specializes in Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing (MEP), Structural, Civil, and Transportation Engineering. Our company has been around for nearly 35 years and has grown steadily, taking on more complex engineering design and project management roles.
We offer a wide range of services, including Commissioning, Cost Estimating, and Construction Administration. Our portfolio covers various markets such as Civic, Commercial, Education, Infrastructure, Healthcare, Multi-family, Transportation, and Travel & Leisure.
Position Overview
We recently have opened a San Antonio branch and are looking for an Engineering Leader to lead our growing team. The Branch Principal is responsible for leading and managing the branch operations, ensuring sustainable growth and profitability while fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence. This role involves strategic planning, business development, and providing mentorship to staff to achieve high performance in engineering services. This is a hybrid position that will require at least three days per week in the San Antonio office. This role will also require regional travel as needed.
