We are currently looking for an Audit Associate to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting financial and operational audits, preparing and filing financial statements, managing accounting records and providing advice to management. This position provides an opportunity to be involved in multiple aspects of the audit process.

Position Overview: The Audit Associate will be responsible for planning, preparing and executing financial and operational audits. This includes conducting risk assessments, preparing working papers and reports, identifying and addressing any gaps, and providing recommendations for improvement. The Associate will need to be able to work independently and collaborate with other team members.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct financial and operational audits and provide detailed reports to management.
Prepare and file financial statements for clients.
Manage accounting records and provide advice to management.
Conduct risk assessments and identify any gaps.
Provide recommendations for improvement.
Work independently and collaborate with other team members.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
At least 3 years of experience in audit and accounting.
CPA or equivalent certification.
Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Nice to have: Experience in Real Estate, Construction.
