Job Title: Attorney (open to Partner level candidates)
Location: New York, NY (local-hybrid/remote)
Salary: $140K-$200K+ DOE
Requirements: Juris Doctor, Admission to NY State Bar, Labor Law
- Attend hearings, trials, depositions
- Handle all aspects of insurance defense litigation
- Defend owners and contractors from Labor Law 200, 240(1), and 241(6) claims
- JD with Admission to the NY state bar association
- 5+ years insurance defense litigation experience
- Experience handling Labor Law 200, 240(1) and 241(6) claims
- Ability to draft clear and concise legal documents
