Leading law firm with over 60 years of experience, is seeking a Labor & Employment Associate Attorney with 2-6 years of litigation experience to join their office in Sacramento.

Who you are:
2-6 years of litigation experience with (labor and employment cases)
Proactive with the ability to manage complex legal issues and client interactions
CA Bar in good standing
Juris Doctorate
What you will be doing:
Handling all phases of labor and employment litigation
Crafting persuasive legal documents and engaging in law and motion practice
Taking on depositions, pretrial preparation, and trial work
Providing day-to-day legal counsel to a diverse mix of private and public sector clients
Growing and developing within a dynamic legal team
